We would have more pictures of the little man, but as you can see he was fast asleep. His first trip to the pumpkin patch and he slept the whole time. He didn't even wake up to find his first pumpkin!!!
It was so much fun. They had these big cannons that shot small pumpkins very high and very far. Each one of the girls got the chance to shoot a pumpkin.

This is Kailyn shooting her pumpkin. We missed the part when she pulled the lever becasue she is too fast and as you all know she doesn't sit still long enough!! I was really fun to watch. The only problem for me, is that once they are so high, I can't see them anymore. (even with my glasses)

Here is Abi shooting her pumpkin high in the sky. It is hard to believe that she is big enough and strong enough to pull the lever herself. Last year she was afraid of the pumpkins and wouldn't leave dad's side. This year she would at least touch them!!

Kianna being the biggest sister, decided that she wanted to shoot the big one. The pumpkins were bigger and this one had two tanks that made it go higher and farther. She shot her pumpkin so high and so far that I lost track way to fast.
It was really funny that when each person pulled the lever to shoot their pumpkin, the baby just jumped, but never woke up!! I couldn't beleive that he was still sleeping even with all the noise!
FARM ANIMALS
The girls found the animals very quickly. Kianna and Kailyn were here petting the goats. The goats were for sale and they really wanted us to get one. We can't have dogs or cats where we live now, so I think that a goat would be out of the question. They were really cute though!

My loving husband was ready to buy a pig for meat this winter. He was telling me that we could get one. I am all for pork chops, but I don't want to be the one to do the dirty work!!!

They even had sheep. I was so proud of my hubby, he is not a person that likes big crowds and he was doing very well. Abi loved the sheep. She thought they were very cute!!!
Then when the girls were all done with the distractions of the farm, they were ready to go on the hunt for the "Perfect Carving Pumpkin"!! I don't know if that is possible, but they were determined to try!!
Here are all three girls walking with Pepe trying to find that perfect pumpkin. Kailyn found one that she could carry and then decided that she needed a bigger one. Of course she didn't take 2 hours like someone I know would have!!! :)

The hunt was over and the girls walked away victorious. They each found a pumpkin that would make the best face for our porch!!
It was a great day of fun for our family!!!!

The two older girls elbow deep in pumpkin guts!!!

I got Abi to put her arms down in the pumpkin, but look at the fake smile!!!

Here is a slide show of all the fun we had!! Enjoy!!!!!!!

I love the slide show! It looks a lot like a video of you scrolling through all your picture though! :) I applaud you for the creativity! The pumpkin patch looks like fun, we're sad we had to miss it this year. And when I read the part about Kailyn picking her pumpking, Drew seemed to be thinking the same thing you were cause he said, "You did take a really long time when we went!" You guys just don't understand how to get the perfect pumpkin! Anyway, we miss you guys and love you!
