The Prince has arrived!!!!

Well to update you all, here is the new addition to the Brunson family. Trestin Matthew Brunson was born on July 16, 2008 at 9:30 am. He topped the scale of this family at 8lbs 7oz and 19 3/4 inches long. The delivery went well. I am feeling wonderful and just enjoying this little man. He is a great baby. His sisters are so excited to have him here. They have been talking about nothing else for the last few months. The doc told us that he had chubby cheeks while in the belly and he really did. I can't believe how big he was. I think he beats all the babies in this family so far. His Grandpa Bob was close second w/ 8lbs 5.5oz!! Go figure that the smallest of the Smith girls, gives birth to the biggest baby!!!!

Here is Nana and Papa w/ their new grandson. Trestin will be the second grandchild to Matt's parents and they have waited many years for. Trestin is also the only boy and has made his Papa proud to carry on the Brunson name!!! For Nana, she has had a hard couple of years and to be here to hold her grandson has made her fight worth every mountain climbed.

Another proud set of grandparents. Grandpa and Grandma get to hold their first grandson. I think Grandpa is excited to have a grandson to work on his Hot Runner with. I know that the girls love to ride in Grandpa's car, but it won't be the same as Trestin working on it w/ Grandpa. The proud grandparents of this little man!!!!!

As for uncle Evan, he is on vacation and thinks that Mr. Man here is the cutest thing. He can't wait to get home to hold him. I think he is excited that there is finally another boy in the family and that he will get to share his birthday party w/ him!!!

Here is Daddy looking down at his little man. Amazed at the fact that he is finally here. Trestin is changing already. He is 2 days old in this picture and is trying to focus on his daddy. Matt is just in ah of this little miracle and can't be more proud of what we created. This little man has brought such a peace on this house. He is such a lovey baby!!!

Well as of today, Trestin's favorite thing to do is EAT!!! I think he eats all day and all night. He came out wanting to eat in the first hour of life and that hasn't stopped yet. Well I am a little sleepy and think that this is enough for now. Please watch for the up coming pictures of Trestin with his big sisters. I know that they are truly excited to have him here.
